By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate up-to-dateinformation and update information when necessary, maintain the security of yourpassword and accept all risk of unauthorised access to your account, and mustimmediately notify us of any suspected security breaches related to your account.

Provide your email and phone number to receive the wholesale application form andaccess to any relevant catalogues. Return your filled application form toropertatoptrade.net.nz.

Once we have packed your order, you will receive an email of the invoice. You shouldalso receive a tracking link once your order has been picked up from our warehouse.Delivery will take 1-3 days. lf you haven’t haven’t received your order within 3 days.please give us a call so we can follow up with the courier company.

If your order hasn’t been delivered after 3 days, please let us know so we can contact the courier company to investigate the whereabouts of your parcel and request for it to be expedited when found. If the courier company cannot locate your parcel within a week, we will send you a replacement order.

I have missing/broken items from my order, can I please get a credit or a replacement?2024-02-02T09:13:59+08:00

If there are any items missing from your order, please report to us within 7 days of delivery, so we can investigate by checking your packing slip and our stock levels. If the quantity matches, we will take a look at our security footage to see whether all items were packed or if an out of stock item was invoiced by mistake. We may ask you to provide video proof of your unpacking as well. We will credit your account once our investigation has been concluded.

If you receive any broken items in your delivery. Please take a clear photo and send it to robert@toptrade.net.nz, stating the SKU code and quantity. Let us know if you would like credit or a replacement order sent out. (Replacement orders subject to availability).

Product not selling well in your area? If you are dissatisfied with an order for any reason, please let us know within 30 days of your order. We will help you find a solution to increase sales or organise a freight forward to return the items.
